Introduction

Achieving the ideals of the Islamic Republic of Iran`s holy system requires all-out efforts in all areas of culture, society, economy, politics, defense, and security. Therefore, one of the requirements to reach the determined worthy position of Islamic Iran in its twenty-year vision is to define and implement defense strategies and programs and allocate necessary resources to achieve them based on Imam Khamenei's defense theoretical model which is inspired by the defense school of pure Muhammad Islam (PBUH). For this reason, the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Support, according to its inherent mission, after receiving a notification from the Armed Forces Communications Office and the executive approval of the Ministry of Defense Supreme Council of Culture to hold a conference in 2011, formed a permanent secretariat at the Malek Ashtar University of Technology to explain and develop Imam Khamenei's defense thought.

Vision

Achieving a defense model consistent with Imam Khamenei's thought in theoretical areas and practical behaviors for a comprehensive defense, deterrent power, authority, and lasting security against any enemy invasion. of the first international conference / fifth national conference on Explanation of Imam Khamenei`s defense thought and school

A) Identifying, explaining, and developing Imam Khamenei`s defense thought and view
B) Developing a defense model and building discourse based on Imam Khamenei's defense thought and views

Previous Activities

Holding 4 conferences in 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018 which resulted in receiving about 4500 articles and producing 12 volumes of selected articles, 6 volumes of conference especial books, 19 reference books, nine volumes of summary books and 7 issues of specialized scientific journals. At present, the fifth national conference has been registered in the Islamic World Science Citation Database and started its activity.
